A moment in Time

As I wait on the bench for my friends at the carnival, noises come dashing through my ears. It sounds like a whole herd of gigantic elephants launching through the speakers. The smell of mouth-watering ice-cream flows through my nose. I can see florescent lights in the distance. The sound of deafening shrieks comes from the reckless roller coaster going in loopty loops. As I look up to the immense ferris wheel as it spins slowly like a caterpillar going round in circles. On the other side people come swarming through like ducks fighting for bread. I can see lines of people waiting for their rides like centipedes. I look up to the night sky, I will remember this day.
